For many years, the white rum used in Malibu was produced at a distillery on a beach in Barbados. Today, Malibu is mostly blended and produced in Canada. We also do some of the production in the US and Spain.
The coconuts that give Malibu Original its distinct flavor are partly sourced from farming communities in the Philippines. We work closely with these communities to boost sustainable farming techniques and practices, securing the future of Malibu – and the future of summer itself.
